My passion for neuroscience, and the possibilities that unfold as we learn more about the brain are what guide my practice.

When I was growing up we thought that the brain can't change, and now we know that that simply isn't true.

In fact, we can change a lot more than we think when we access the subconscious mind.

T28uhe conscious mind is where we make decisions, judge and assess situations, and learn new facts. That's the mind with which we think and decide.

The subconsious mind is a vast, and mostly unexplored frontier of possibility.

We know that our physiological and automatic system programming is there. Subconscious beliefs, fears, habits and body memory are there too.

Hypnotherapy accesses that part of the mind, and we are able to change the programming to heal trauma-effects, change habits, change physiological systems, and create a new neural program that supports our best life.
